Your bespoke piece is made of the finest materials and we recommend that you handle it with care to preserve its special beauty over time.

The Luxury Concierge care instructions:

  • Remove your jewellery before engaging in daily activities such as showering, applying perfume or lotion, or hairspray.

  • Avoid wearing jewellery during sporting activities.

  • Protect your jewellery by keeping it away from chemicals and abrasive substances.
  • When you go to bed at night, place your jewellery flat in either a jewellery box or in its original box.
  • Extra care should be taken when handling a jewellery piece that contains pearls as they are naturally soft and delicate.

Caring for your diamond jewellery.

We recommend you clean your diamond jewellery using a soft toothbrush and neutral pH soap, gently brushing the gold and stones while resting your jewellery on a soft sponge. Avoid cleaning pearls with chemicals, abrasives or solvents. For stones other than diamonds we recommend you bring your jewellery to The Luxury Concierge for a complimentary cleaning.
